Full-Time Chefs/Cooks Required
The Hamptons bakery , Hamptons favourite home of Modern brunch , House baked breads and pastries and fantastic coffee is currently seeking a qualified Full Time Chef/Cook to join our friendly team. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, and passionate. In order to qualify for the role, you
must have the following :
Responsibilities:
 Performing all food preparation and cooking duties
 Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
 Ability to work early mornings (6.00am starts ) and on weekends.
 Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards.
To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:
 Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service
 1 + years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
 Qualifications in commercial cookery- Cert III (for Cook) Cert IV (For Chef) or higher
 Flexible availability
 Strong organizational skill, motivational and people skills
 Effective communication skills
 Overall knowledge of operations, ordering, and working to budgets
Excellent wages and incentives offered to the successful candidate.
Salary Range: $75,000 to $80,000 plus super.
