Mabel Lane is seeking two skilled and motivated Chef de Parties to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and executing high-quality lunch and dinner services, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and adherence to food safety standards. This role requires evening and weekend availability and suits someone passionate about delivering excellent offerings in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Chef or Chef de Partie in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, including both hot and cold preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high-quality food.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A positive, team-focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work early evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
