WE HIRING FOR A CHEF AT OUR DOCK 84 RESTAURANT IN SLIGO!

O’Hehirs is a well-established, family run business in food and bakery based in Sligo with a chain of shops spanning Sligo, Donegal, Mayo, Galway, Longford, and Westmeath. We are looking for an experienced Chef with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in a busy cafe/restaurant environment. Working hours will include the weekends, but there are no evening shifts.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience
Valid Work Permit for Ireland.
Excellent standard of English both verbal and written.

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operation during service.
• Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor and manage food inventory and kitchen supplies.
