Bright Achievers Childcare & ELC is a warm and inclusive centre dedicated to providing high-quality early education and care in a nurturing environment. We are seeking a passionate and committed Certificate III Qualified Educator to join our growing team.
About the Role

As a Certificate III Educator, you will:

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care.
• Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and stimulating learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team of educators and management.

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (or working towards).
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
