Position Summary The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chiropractor to join our growing team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care. Key Responsibilities Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely patient records Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results Build positive doctor-patient relationships Support membership sales through care-focused conversations Qualifications Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college Valid DC license in the applicable state Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam) Eligible for malpractice insurance Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Schedule This role requires availability Monday - Friday, 10 am-7 pm, Saturday 10 am-4 pm Compensation and Benefits Competitive Pay $90k-110k plus bonus 4-5 day workweek PTO offered for full-time employment Student loan forgiveness through OSHA Company-paid malpractice insurance Why Join Us When you join The Joint, you're not just starting a new job, you’re joining a movement.
