THE ROLE

Working closely with the Head of Strategic Growth, the Business Development Manager & Estimator is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while preparing accurate cost estimates for tenders. This role requires a strategic approach to client engagement, market analysis, and bid development to drive revenue growth and ensure competitive pricing strategies.
The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with technical expertise in estimating and proposal development.

THE ROLE

Successful candidates must be willing to deliver a range of cleaning services including;

• General cleaning

Our cleaners are the face of BIC Consolidated and play a pivotal role in delivering the service commitment we have made to our clients.

This is a Full-time position with the following work schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 07:00AM - 03:00PM
