About the Role USAgain is currently seeking a detail-oriented and fashion-savvy individual to join our warehouse team in Cerritos, CA as a Clothing & Product Fine Sorter. This individual is responsible for performing the second sort of clothing, shoes, and accessories that have already been filtered for shop-quality. The sorter will evaluate each item’s condition and trend relevance, assign a quality grade, categorize by season and type, price each piece, and apply appropriate hang tags. Location: Cerritos, CA Schedule: Work Days: Monday to Friday Start Time: Between 8:00 to 10:00 AM Pacific Time Duration: 5 to 8 hours per day Salary: $25.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: Evaluate pre-sorted items to determine final quality and condition Organize products into appropriate categories by type and season Assign individual pricing based on brand, condition, trend, and market value Maintain an organized and clearly labeled workstation Collaborate with sorting and retail teams to ensure accurate inventory flow This role offers flexibility and variety, requiring strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different responsibilities while maintaining safe and efficient operations. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Passion for fashion with an eye for current trends Familiarity with popular brands, styles, and seasonal demand Previous experience in retail, resale, or warehouse sorting is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of high-demand items and ability to identify products for specialty display or pricing Must be able to pass pre-employment screening This position is labor-intensive and requires consistent physical exertion throughout the day. Candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding role that involves lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods as part of daily responsibilities.
