Associa is hiring (3) Full Time Concierge for it's condominium community in NW DC.    Monday - Friday shifts available: 7am - 3pm 3pm-11pm 11pm-7am   Duties include but are not limited to:   * Meet, greet, and welcome homeowners, guests, visitors, vendors, and contractors to the facility. * Create a positive experience for guests by attending to needs and answering questions. * Research and respond to inquiries in-person, by phone, and email. * Receive, track, store, and distribute packages and mail. * Walk and inspect areas for cleanliness. * Perform various administrative tasks in support of facility's mission. * Data entry, manage email and correspondence. * Reserve meeting rooms and ensure space is clean, A/V is in working order, and meeting materials are present. * Reserve loading dock for move-ins and move outs. * Issue pool passes, parking passes, and key FOBs. * Other duties as assigned.   Pay rate is $18-$24 an hour. Qualifications * High school diploma High School Diploma or GED Required. * 1+ years of directly related or closely related experience. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level. * Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.). * Professional customer service skills. * Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player. * Time management and time critical prioritization skills.     #LI-PK1

The Concierge will meet, greet, and welcome homeowners, guests, and vendors to the facility while creating a positive experience for all. Responsibilities also include managing packages, performing inspections, and handling administrative tasks.
