iGuard360° is a forward-thinking, full-service security firm trusted by condominium boards and retail clients. Our concierge teams deliver welcoming, professional service while keeping people and properties safe.
We are actively seeking Full-Time Concierge Security Guards to assist at our condominium sites in Downtown Toronto. The concierge security guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property, residents, and visitors while providing excellent customer service. This role emphasizes maintaining a welcoming and secure environment, addressing any concerns professionally, and acting as a key point of contact for all residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for residents, guests, contractors, and deliveries—professional, courteous, and proactive.
  • Access control at the front desk; issue visitor/contractor passes; prevent tailgating/piggybacking.
  • Conduct interior/exterior patrols; identify hazards and respond per post orders.
  • Monitor CCTV, fire panel/alarms, and access control systems.
  • Enforce site rules, the Trespass to Property Act (Ontario), and relevant by-laws.
  • Manage parcels, parking permits, and contractor access.
  • Complete accurate daily logs and incident reports; protect privacy & confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (required)
  • CPR/First Aid Level C (required or willing to obtain promptly)
  • High personal integrity; polished communication & customer service
  • Strong situational awareness, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Reliable commute to downtown Toronto

Education / Experience:

  • 3+ years concierge/condo security experience
  • Hospitality/concierge training, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
  • Police Foundations / Law & Security studies (completed or in progress)
  • Ontario Driver’s Licence (if site needs vehicle access)

Special Certifications needed:

  • Valid Ontario Security Licence
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate Level C
  • Stable full-time hours at premium condo sites
  • Training provided and uniform per company policy
  • Clear post orders, supportive leadership, and growth opportunities (lead, mobile, operations)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.70 per hour
