FULL-TIME WELDER – $26–$35/HR (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)

Schedule: Monday to Friday- Sometimes Saturday/Sunday Overtime (Minimum 40 hours/week)

Gordon’s Shoreline Marine is a trusted name in shoreline and marine construction, proudly serving Southwestern Ontario. We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Welder to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position with travel required throughout the region.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of welding and fabrication experience (required)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Ability to travel within Southwestern Ontario
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor environments
• Position involves working in outdoor environments near lakes, rivers, and other bodies of water—candidates must be comfortable in these conditions.
• Able to work safely around docks, on vessels and barges.
• This role requires working on active job sites with heavy equipment such as excavators and trackloadders—safety awareness is essential.

• Perform welding and fabrication duties both in-shop and on-site
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Work with various metals and welding techniques (Stick)
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed
• Travel to job sites across Southwestern Ontario (company vehicle may be provided)
