We currently have a Full Time Days role to join an established team supporting a property with multiple occupancy service users.

• Provide daily support to Service Users
• Follow care plans
• Contribute to the overall cleaning of Service Users flats
• Assist with Personal Care
• Compile detailed written daily records for each service user
• Administer medication in line with all policies and procedures
• Keep up to date with Liberty care Policies and Procedures
• Adhere to Social care Wales codes of conduct
