THE ROLE:

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to take on a key role within our company. This role will be focused on promoting cleaning Services through online channels, driving business growth through various digital marketing channels and focusing on core areas such as: Managing our website, Driving SEO performance, managing email marketing activity, and supporting marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all site content, leading SEO strategy, delivering targeted email campaigns, and supporting campaign rollouts. Optimizes the cleaning company’s website and online content to rank higher in search engine results.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day website, category management and promotional content
• Ensure accuracy of product and promotional content in collaboration with Product and Customer Service
• Support the development of our website portal, ensuring content is structured to serve Professional and Consumer audiences
• Develop and implement SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and visibility for key product categories and audiences
• Conduct keyword research, optimise product and landing pages, and implement on-page SEO best practices
• Continuously review and improve the use of digital tools for smarter campaign measurement and automation
• Plan, build and send targeted email campaigns for customers
• Ensure all campaign assets are consistent across touchpoints and channels
• Attention to detail, particularly when working with product data and web content
• Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
