We offer affordable, high-quality marketing, design, publishing, and printing services. We are looking for someone to join our small team here in downtown Leesburg. (This is not a remote position.) This is a fabulous opportunity to learn the printing business from the ground up. You will work with our dedicated, small team in a fast-paced environment.
Our Digital Print Production Specialist will take the lead on running the equipment to produce a wide range of printed materials. We are looking for someone who can juggle multiple priorities, meet fast turn-around times, produce high-quality products, and keep the work area organized. The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills and will be able to lift 50# boxes of paper and tolerate long periods of standing. A valid driver’s license and a car are required for local deliveries. (We pay mileage.)
Training will be provided in the use of our equipment and software.

• Operate the printer, cutter, and bindery equipment
• Maintain all equipment and the work area
• Maintain inventory and equipment logs
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues with the equipment
• Assist with local deliveries and with vinyl installs
• Unloading/unpacking paper and other deliveries
• Packing, labeling, and shipping completed jobs
