JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. As a crucial part of our culinary operation, you will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitised to the highest standards. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth running of our restaurant/hotel kitchen, allowing our chefs and cooks to focus on food preparation and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel setting is advantageous but not essential.
  • A strong work ethic with a willingness to help others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of health and safety standards in food handling and preparation.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
