Responsibilities

POSITION PURPOSE:

As a Full-Time Seasonal Sales Associate (NON STUDENT ), you bring energy, friendliness, and efficiency to every customer interaction—helping homeowners and contractors find what they need to bring their projects to life. Along with providing top-notch service and keeping shelves stocked, you’ll assist with merchandising, answer phones, and help bring inventory to the sales floor. We’re especially looking for someone with a creative eye and a passion for design to help style and decorate our seasonal displays, making our store as inspiring as it is functional.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively greet customers throughout the store with a friendly and approachable attitude
  • Engage customers with open-ended questions to understand their needs and provide solutions that ensure their satisfaction
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and genuine care when assisting customers—show compassion when appropriate
  • Always thank the customer; their experience comes first
  • Offer expert knowledge and support in our seasonal product areas
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
  • Willingly participate in training sessions, webinars, meetings, and seminars to grow your product and industry knowledge
  • Work safely and responsibly, following all safety protocols and legislation
