Job Summary The Oaks Club is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Dishwasher to support our Food & Beverage team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting our culinary staff in delivering exceptional service to our members. Core Values and supports the highest standards of hospitality, attentiveness, professionalism, efficiency, and teamwork. ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities * Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils * Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, kitchen floors, and trash/recycling areas * Assist with basic kitchen cleaning duties, including wiping down surfaces and equipment * Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines * Safely operate dishwashing equipment and properly handle cleaning chemicals * Support kitchen staff as needed during service and closing procedures * Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times * Understands and practices The Oaks Club A.I.T.P.E Core Values ---------------------------------------- Qualifications & Skills * Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety * Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team * Dependable, punctual, and willing to take direction * Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs ---------------------------------------- Schedule * Full-time (4pm till Close) * Weekends, and Holidays will be required * Flexible scheduling based on business needs ---------------------------------------- Physical Requirements * Standing and walking for extended periods * Repetitive motions including bending, lifting, and reaching * Ability to lift and carry kitchen items and supplies ---------------------------------------- Work Environment * Kitchen environment with exposure to heat, water, cleaning chemicals, and food products

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities involve washing, sanitizing, and storing all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and kitchen utensils, while also maintaining the cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors.
