Description St. Thomas More Catholic School is seeking a dedicated and faith-filled third grade elementary teacher to join our faculty. If interested, please send an email and resume to: elenaf@stthomasmore.org Primary Responsibilities · Deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the curriculum of the Archdiocese of Denver. · Integrate Catholic values, virtues, and faith formation into daily teaching and classroom life. · Create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment that promotes spiritual growth and academic success. · Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning styles and individual student needs. · Assess student progress regularly and provide timely feedback to students and parents. · Collaborate with administration, grade-level partners, and support staff to ensure a cohesive and robust educational experience. · Maintain clear, consistent communication with families rooted in professionalism and respect. · Participate actively in school-wide events, liturgies, professional development, and community-building activities. · Demonstrate strong classroom management rooted in dignity, respect, and the development of virtue. Requirements Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree (education or related field required). · Current Colorado state teaching license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe. · Be a fully initiated Catholic in good standing with the Catholic Church, able to model and witness the faith authentically. · Prior classroom teaching experience preferred. · Successful completion of background check and Safe Environment Training. Salary Range: $41,000 – $69,000, commensurate with education and experience
