The ideal candidate is an outgoing individual with expansive skin health knowledge who is responsible, motivated, and eager to learn. As a Restore Esthetician, you’ll work with clients on achieving their skin health goals and introduce them to our innovative wellness modalities that can enhance the esthetic services you provide. The candidate in this position is responsible for attaining and educating clients on the benefits of Restore’s Skin Health programs. This role reports directly to the store’s General Manager and works in collaboration with the studio team. Responsibilities Attend monthly Esthetician call and stay up-to-date with department news, updates, and protocol changes Ensure treatment rooms are properly maintained, cleaned, and equipped with necessary supplies Proactively communicate with management team on any supply needs or equipment issues Perform exceptional consultations and administer Neveskin, Hydrafacial and any other Skin Health service that Restore provides including, but not limited to: Dermaflash HydroPeptide Jan Marini Chemical Peels Keravive Scalp Treatment Build and maintain own client base - while Restore provides Skin Health clientele via the member base, it is critical that all Estheticians put forth effort to self promote with the community and generate opportunities on their own Maintain accurate records and details of each session Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments using the Restore POS system Sell memberships, products, and services to the Restore clientele Be an ambassador of Restore’s Skin Health services and products Cross-sell other Restore modalities that may enhance esthetic services Assist with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc. Ensure that Restore is providing world class consumer experience that will deliver growth and help meet sales targets. Implement processes to help increase customer satisfaction and retention rates Qualifications Must hold a current & active Esthetician License within respective state(s) Experienced or certified in the use of Neveskin equipment - preferred, but not required. Experienced or certified in the use of Hydrafacial equipment – preferred, but not required. Have a sales and growth mindset Provide education-oriented skin services, as we value education and believe it’s important to teach our clients about proper skin health Ability to quickly learn and grasp new Skin Health treatments and product lines as they are introduced to the network of studios Remain active on local and national communication channels and participate in any mandatory, network-wide calls
