JOB DESCRIPTION: Full Time Facilities/Operations Team Member PURPOSE: To support our weekday needs in the Facilities department at our Missouri City campus. The Facilities/Operations Team assist with setting up for services, breaking down rooms if needed and cleaning up after services. Light Mechanical, Plumbing Duties. This is a GREAT opportunity for recent high school grads or college students! Weekly Hours: M-F 8a-5p RESPONSIBILITIES: Light custodial duties including grounds cleanup. Provide event support, set-up and demo. Must conduct oneself in a professional and courteous manner while performing maintenance or repair work in publicly accessible areas, maintaining a clean work area and minimizing disruption to guests and staff. Light maintenance on HVAC Rooftop units such as changing belts and filters and rinsing coils. Light Plumbing skills such as clearing stoppages, changing flush valves, etc. Requires the use of pressure washing equipment, leaf blowers and some small power tools. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be proactive, self motivating, and work independently while maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail. Must have the ability to recognize operational needs and maintain workload in a given work schedule. Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
Support the Facilities department by handling event setup, breakdown, and general cleaning. Perform light mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance to ensure campus operational efficiency.
