The primary goal of this position is to recruit a full-time professor in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics who will contribute significantly to the academic and research development of Tec de Monterrey within the Department of Computer Science at the Mexico City Campus. The professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality courses, leading innovative research projects, and collaborating closely with industry and other departments to advance the institution’s excellence in these strategic fields. The selected candidate is expected to inspire students, foster an inclusive and dynamic learning environment, and actively contribute to the Tec de Monterrey academic community.   Your main challenges will be: As a faculty member, you will teach undergraduate (and preferably graduate) courses in AI, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Fundamentals of Robotics, Control and Planning, Perception and SLAM, Computer Vision, ROS/ROS 2, and Embedded Systems, among related topics. You will also conduct original research and publish in high-impact journals and conferences, while collaborating with industry and other disciplines to develop projects with real-world impact and to support technology development and transfer in robotics.   What are we looking for? Hold a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on AI and Robotics. Have advanced English proficiency (C1 CEFR or equivalent). Have a track record of scientific publications in indexed journals and/or high-impact conferences.   Why work with us?
