Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated female Specialist Support Worker to join our team. You will support a female living in her 30 who lives in her own home. You will also work in Longbenton part of the week with a lady in her 60s in her own home.
providing 1:1 support to individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions such as unstable personality disorder.
The shift pattern is predominately a 10.00 sleep in shift with some 8 hour shifts available.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working with adults diagnosed with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviors.
  • Confidence in providing 1:1 support.
  • Ability to engage in activities and community integration.
