Michelberger Orthodontics (Richmond Hill location) is looking for a Full-Time Financial Coordinator / Receptionist, maternity leave position. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated team providing outstanding orthodontic care to patients in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English
• Dental Software Knowledge (Tracker) - Preferred
• Dental reception experience preferred
• Duties to include but are not limited to emailing / telephone confirmation of appointments, arranging payment plans & collecting payments, accurately maintaining charts and patient records and dealing with patients in a professional, warm manner both in person, by email and over the phone.
• Must be available Monday to Friday, hours as follows: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday (7:30 - 5:pm), Monday & Thursday 8 -12
