Description GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The FSA (Teller) is responsible for processing customer transactions in a timely, accurate manner, adhering to established Bank regulations, policies and procedures. Will assist customers on the phone and in person. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to offer our banking products and services to prospects Candidate will possess the ability to develop strong customer relationships. Must be organized, detail-oriented and accurate; possess good oral communications skills and grammar; be professional in appearance, pleasant, courteous, and a good listener. Requirements Skills/education/experience required: Must have the ability to work a flexible work schedule. Must have a satisfactory record of work performance and adherence to all Bank Policies and Procedures. This position may float to all banking centers as needed. Post high school education/one year in banking or related field preferred. The Financial Services Associate (Teller) is primarily responsible for accurately processing customer transactions while strictly adhering to all bank regulations, policies, and procedures. This role also involves assisting customers both in person and over the phone.
