JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a passionate and creative Fine Arts Teacher to join our creative team immediately. This role involves teaching art, designing innovative lesson plans and curricula, engaging with the community through social media, and providing regular feedback to students. If you’re enthusiastic about art, fine arts, education, and growing together with a start-up art studio, we’d love to hear from you!

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience teaching art, curriculum design, and lesson planning in a studio, school, or similar setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in various art mediums, sculpture and tools
• Creativity: Ability to design innovative curricula and inspire artistic exploration among students.
• Communication: Must have strong verbal and written communication skills for teaching, feedback, and social media content creation.
• Organization: Excellent time-management skills for lesson planning, providing feedback, and maintaining an online presence.
• Language: Must be proficient in English (Proficiency in Chinese, Mandarin is also preferable)
