Are you passionate about early childhood education and love working with toddlers? We’re seeking a Floating Teacher who will bring energy, flexibility, and creativity to our classrooms for 2-3-year-olds. In this role, you’ll support our teaching staff by assisting in various classrooms, ensuring consistency, and fostering a safe and nurturing environment for our little learners.

Provide engaging and age-appropriate activities that align with developmental milestones for 2-3-year-olds.
Adapt seamlessly to support lead and assistant teachers in different classrooms.
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
Support the implementation of lesson plans and daily routines.
Assist with diapering, toileting, and transitions to help maintain a smooth flow of the day.
