The Carolina Inn at Village Green is seeking a part time floor technician and laundry technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our community's floors, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our residents and guests, as well as handling laundry duties. Responsibilities: * Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors * Strip and wax floors as needed * Clean and sanitize carpets * Move furniture and equipment as necessary * Monitor and report any necessary repairs or replacements * Formulates washing formula for stained loads and all other laundry products processed through the laundry area. * Sorts dirty linen by product type. * Ensures the washing of linen is up to standard before placing into inventory. * Cleans linens according to department procedures and cleaning schedules * Washes and dries linens Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience in floor maintenance preferred * Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment * Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment * Previous experience in commercial laundering preferred * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently * Availability to work weekends and holidays Shift: Part-time position | 8:00am to 4:00pm | Weekend and Holiday availability required If you are a hardworking individual with a passion for providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at The Carolina Inn at Village Green.
