Starting with a Cessna 172 with Extended Range Tanks, we aim to expand our aircraft fleet in 2026 and grow significantly in advanced training areas such as flight simulation, APS MCC, Type Rating, and MPL courses. This is a rare “ground floor” opportunity for an experienced flying instructor to join us at the start of an exciting journey.

  • Ability to commit to a 5-day working week, including either a Saturday or Sunday.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • £35 per flying instructional hour.
  • Opportunities to earn additional income through sales activity, business development, and delivery of ground school training.
  • The chance to shape and grow with a forward-thinking flight school from its earliest stages.
