JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for friendly, customer service–oriented individuals to join our serving team at Sea Salt Seafood Café.
As a member of our front-of-house staff, you’ll play a key role in creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests by delivering exceptional service and proudly representing the Sea Salt brand.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests warmly upon arrival
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage items
• Take accurate food and drink orders and serve them promptly
• Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas throughout your shift
• Respond to guest inquiries about menu items, seafood sauces, and special events (e.g. birthdays)
• Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations
• Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a respectful, can-do attitude
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards at all times

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for hospitality and seafood
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• A genuine sense of urgency to help others and ensure guest satisfaction
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
