Pastuso is a gem of Melbourne’s restaurant scene, and undoubtedly one of Australia’s finest Peruvian restaurants. Sitting at the foot of the AC/DC Lane, our prime location means that the CBD is on your doorstep when it’s time to treat yourself in town!
We’re looking for a Full-Time, developable Food & Beverage Salesperson (Waitperson) to join the team!

As a Food & Beverage Salesperson in our fast-paced environment, your day-to-day will involve:

• Welcoming and engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering an outstanding dining experience.
• Confidently recommending dishes, upselling where appropriate
• Ensuring every table receives attentive and professional service.

Whether you’re serving on the floor or handling guest inquiries, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless and enjoyable atmosphere.
