We’re now looking for two experienced Freight Operators to join our growing team and handle shipments from start to finish with the professionalism and energy our clients expect. This is an office-based role in Sutton Coldfield, so you’ll need to live within a 10-mile radius to keep travel time short and commitment high.

ROLE OVERVIEW – BE THE LINK THAT KEEPS THINGS MOVING

You’ll own the freight forwarding process from booking to final delivery. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role for someone who’s confident, personable, and currently active in the freight industry. You’ll need to bring both operational skill and personality to the table—our team thrives on people who spark excitement from the first conversation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Managing shipments via Sea, Air, and Road from start to finish
· Preparing and checking all documentation including Bills of Lading
· Liaising with carriers, co-loaders, brokers, and other third parties
· Arranging customs clearance and ensuring compliance with regulations
· Providing accurate quotations and competitive pricing to clients
· Tracking cargo movements and updating clients proactively
· Handling Notices of Arrival and coordinating timely deliveries
· Resolving operational issues quickly and efficiently
· Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure repeat business
