The Days Inn Regina Eastgate is looking for a Permanent Experienced Full-Time Front Desk/Night Audit Agent. 8 hours shifts will be from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am. Open availability to work both weekdays and weekends is required. The ideal candidate will have worked as a front desk agent in the hotel industry and understand the requirements for this role. If you have a strong customer service background and/or hotel experience, we would like to hear from you. You must be a driven, self starter who is motivated and eager to learn. You will excel at customer service as you would be the first point of contact for arriving and departing guests. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for registering guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, taking, cancelling, and changing room reservations, processing guests’ departures which includes calculating charges and receiving payments, balancing cash, and completing related forms. You must be friendly, love to smile, and exude Prairie Hospitality by making every guest feel warmly cared for and always welcome. If you feel you are this person, forward your resume to us.
