We are continuing to build an Everlasting Shawston, and need likeminded individuals to join our team. We are now looking for a committed individual to join our High Wycombe Warehouse Team in the role of Goods In / Warehouse Operative. Our High Wycombe branch is dynamic, fun and the largest of the Shawston groups sites.

· Ensuring the safe and efficient Picking and Packing of orders.
· Loading and Unloading vehicles in a safe and controlled environment.
· Carrying out high standards of hygiene through 5’s methodology.
· Proactive involvement with Perpetual & Location driven Audits.
· Working as a team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
· Having keen attention to detail to ensure high quality customer service.
· Ensure full compliance of goods in and stock control procedures (The Shawston Way) across the GI team.
· Maintaining accurate inventory records by booking goods in correctly.
· Maintain frequent dialogue with the Purchasing department on daily queries such as short shipments, over shipments, quality and the Purchase Order Pending report.
· Maintain the Inventory Log ensuring a comprehensive record of each delivery is logged including Goods Receipt Number (GRN).
· Maintain accurate paperwork records through robust systems and high levels of organisation within the department - a full archivable paperwork trail of all goods received into branch.
· Ensure all customer collections are signed for with the POD issued to the Office Manager in a timely fashion
