ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate and talented Head Bartender to lead the bar team. This full-time role will oversee bar operations, curate guest experiences and contribute to the creative direction of the drinks program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor the bar team
• Craft and serve innovative cocktails and classics
• Assist in developing cocktail menus and beverage lists
• Manage stock, ordering and bar maintenance
• Uphold RSA and compliance standards
• Ensure a consistent, premium service experience for guests
