FULL-TIME HEAD PASTRY CHEF WANTED | SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE | BRISBANE

Are you an exceptionally skilled pastry chef with a passion for crafting world-class pastries, desserts, and baked creations? Are you ready to showcase your talent in a dynamic, creative and fast-paced environment?
We’re seeking a full-time Pastry Chef to join our thriving café & bakery in Brisbane, where excellence is the standard and every detail matters. We are offering sponsorship (482 Visa) for the right candidate, with the opportunity to become a key part of our leadership team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Creating a wide range of premium pastries, cakes, croissants, cookies, slices, tarts and plated desserts from scratch
  • Leading production for daily service and large-scale orders with precision and consistency
  • Experimenting with seasonal flavours and trending techniques to continually elevate our offering
  • Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth operations
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a senior pastry chef or head pastry chef in a high-quality establishment
  • Strong skills across laminated doughs, viennoiserie, French & modern patisserie, and baked goods
  • Passion, creativity, and relentless attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time and production schedules effectively
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Full working rights in Australia, or willingness to relocate – visa sponsorship available
