We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in West and Southwestern suburbs of Aurora, Naperville, Plainfield, Bolingbrook, Lockport, Joliet, Minooka, Chanahon, and Morris. Provide IV line care and maintenance Credentials: Active State RN License

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will perform home care visits to assess patient needs, monitor symptoms, and provide clinical treatments such as wound and IV care. They are also responsible for documenting patient progress, supervising HHA staff, and educating patients and caregivers on care plans.
