Provide IV line care and maintenance Credentials: Active State RN License
Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will perform initial home care visits, assess patient needs, and provide ongoing clinical care including wound and IV maintenance. They are responsible for documenting patient progress, supervising HHA staff, and coordinating care plans in accordance with Medicare regulations.
