JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanour, and a passion for hospitality.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
  • Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills are crucial for this role.
  • A passion for guest services with a commitment to providing an outstanding experience for all visitors.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of guest bookings and manage reservations using hotel management software.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.
  • Uphold the hotel’s standards of cleanliness and organisation at the reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required, including filing and data entry.
