Job Title: Full-Time Houseperson / Maintenance Support Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Houseperson to support daily hotel operations. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and assisting with light maintenance tasks to ensure a positive guest experience. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and exterior spaces * Assist housekeeping team with linen delivery, trash removal, and supply stocking * Perform trash removal throughout the property (interior and exterior) * Support setup and breakdown of breakfast and common areas as needed * Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, basic repairs) * Program guest room key locks and replace batteries as needed * Assist with preventative maintenance of guest rooms * Respond promptly to guest requests, including delivering items and completing minor repairs * Ensure equipment and storage areas are organized and safe * Assist with snow removal, landscaping, or other exterior upkeep as needed Qualifications: * Previous hotel or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required * Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks strongly preferred * Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs * Strong attention to detail and time management * Comfortable interacting with guests and providing excellent service * Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays * Reliable transportation What We Offer: * Full-time hours with consistent scheduling * 401(k) plan * Health benefits * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Travel benefits * Opportunity for growth within hotel operations * Supportive team environment Additional Notes: This is a hands-on role that requires someone who takes pride in both cleanliness and basic upkeep.
