The position (Full Time /HR Associate, Iraq / Baghdad) are based in Iraq / Baghdad and will report directly to the P&C BP and will be responsible to Support daily HR operations and ensure accurate execution of administrative processes that improve employee experience and maintain compliance with company policies. Your Responsibilities will be: Maintain and update employee personnel files records and HR databases Assist in recruitment activities, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews, sending all required emails and proceed with all communication during hiring process Prepare employment contracts and official HR documents and all required forms and documentation to align with the staff personnel files standard Track attendance, leave requests, and employee data Support onboarding processes for new hires and offboarding process for leavers Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures and standard daily operations Assist in performance management and appraisal processes Assist in payroll management and processes for it Prepare regular HR reports and documentation Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations Provide awareness on Arcera behaviors, values, policies, and systems. Follow up on all employees’ requests link to HR Departments Follow-up with all staff on accomplish for all available required Training. Maintain up to date information of employees on Arcera HR Database. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders. Respond to employees’ inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and systems. Participate in different HR development projects. Experience & Knowledge Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Strong communication and influencing skills Excellent command of written and spoken English Excellent presentation skills High level of intellectual curiosity Self-motivated Strong analytical skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment This is your opportunity to join a very dynamic organization where you can actively participate in shaping our future.
