JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in human resources management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law as well as FMLA regulations.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
  • Experience in talent management including recruiting strategies and performance evaluations.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
  • Administrative experience with a focus on data collection and entry accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee human capital management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Administer FMLA and ensure compliance with employment and labor laws.
  • Implement change management initiatives to support organizational transitions.
  • Manage talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

  • Utilize various HR tools such as ATS, Workday, Paychex, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, Salesforce, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, Paylocity, iCIMS, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Ceridian for efficient HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and affirmative action planning requirements.
  • Collect and analyze data to support HR decision-making processes.
