About The Job  AllState Career School in Baltimore is seeking an experienced, highly motivated HVAC Technician to join its faculty.  If you possess a desire to help others succeed, this is an opportunity for you to positively impact the lives and careers of our students and graduates.    All State Career School provides educational programs that deliver real-life career skills in high-demand occupations that lead to employment upon graduation and a lifetime of professional growth.    Job Description  We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach in our HVAC Program.  This is a part-time, professional position reporting directly to the Dean of Education.  The primary responsibility will be to teach HVAC/R courses.  The typical teaching load is two courses each term, with one or two preparations. Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, and participate in department training, meetings and graduation.      Requirements  * Completion of an accredited HVAC/R Program resulting in a certificate of completion or a diploma; an associate degree is preferred but not required * Certification: * HVAC * EPA Universal * At least three years of experience as an HVAC/R Technician * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  * Highly organized, motivated and results-driven  * Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred 
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to teach HVAC/R courses and provide academic advising to students. The instructor will also participate in department training, meetings, and graduation ceremonies.
