SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (HYBRID) – REAL ESTATE FOCUS

Prestige Property Group is seeking a passionate and creative In-House(HYBRID) Social Media Manager to become a core part of our growing brand. This is not a freelance or outsourced role — we are looking for someone to work directly with our team, developing and building our image both online and offline.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will create a mix of entertaining, inspiring, and educational content — from short videos, reels, and creative posts to professional articles and market development videos for platforms like LinkedIn. You will be in charge of showcasing our property listings, sharing brand updates, and helping shape our overall online voice to engage both clients and the wider real estate community.
A key part of the role will involve studying our industry, watching what top agencies and leading agents are doing, and applying those insights to help us create our own unique, standout image. You will also focus on growing our brand’s presence through SEO, building a stronger online footprint, driving traffic to our website and listings, and positioning Prestige Property Group as a leading name in the market.
We are looking for someone experienced in social media management, content creation, copywriting, branding, SEO strategies, and digital marketing. Confidence with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and scheduling platforms is essential. Experience in the real estate sector is highly regarded.
You must be proactive, energetic, reliable, and excited about building a brand long-term. Availability is required on Saturdays and a few weekdays (for example, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, and then working remotely for editing/scheduling etc…).

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in real estate or property-related industries
  • Ability to create engaging content across different platforms tailored to each audience
  • Strong copywriting and branding skills
  • Understanding of SEO and how to grow a brand’s online presence
  • Ability to develop marketing strategies for both property listings and brand development
  • Photography, videography, or basic graphic design skills are highly desirable
  • Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus
