This is a great opportunity for an experienced assistant who enjoys working closely with hygienists and doctors in a well-established practice. Schedule We work four days per week on a rotating schedule: Week 1: Monday – Thursday Week 2: Tuesday – Friday Week 3: Wednesday – Saturday Office Hours: Monday–Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Thursday–Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday hours are required Position Responsibilities Assist hygienists while running two columns Take and process digital x-rays Assist doctors during exams Enter and review treatment plans Support patient flow and ensure an excellent patient experience Maintain clinical standards and infection control protocols Requirements X-ray certification or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) At least 1 year of experience as a dental or hygiene assistant Strong organization and multitasking skills Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude Compensation & Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Health insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Monthly bonus opportunities If you’re dependable, motivated, and enjoy working in a collaborative dental environment, we’d love to meet you.
