Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, adaptable, and client-centered Outpatient Clinician to join our inclusive team. This is a full-time, fee-for-service position with opportunities for bonuses reporting to the Clinical Director. In this role, you will provide affirming, developmentally appropriate, and evidence-based mental health care for children, adolescents, and their families. A willingness to maintain afternoon availability and some evenings required for seeing clients who are not available during the day. Key Responsibilities Provide client-centered and culturally responsive individual therapy to a wide range of clients Engage clients, families, and caregivers in treatment planning and psychoeducation Conduct developmentally informed biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions tailored to each client Respond to crises with empathy, prioritizing safety and stabilization Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation Collaborate with schools, pediatricians, and other providers to ensure coordinated care Participate in individual supervision, case consultation, and team collaboration Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and regulatory requirements Provide timely, developmentally appropriate communication to both clients and families Qualifications Required: Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Independent licensure (or license eligible) in Massachusetts: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent Experience providing therapy to a wide range of clientele Strong foundation in evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills Proficiency with EHR and clinical documentation Preferred: Training or certification in compassionate, trauma-focused approaches such as IFS, EMDR, or TF-CBT (experience with CBT or DBT is also welcome).
