We’re looking for a Full-Time Intake Coordinator to join our growing team! What You’ll Do: Be the friendly first point of contact for new clients and case managers and Registered Nurses. Coordinate intake appointments and gather essential client information. Support our team with scheduling, documentation, and follow-up communication. Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth intake process from start to finish. This position also handles the following: Durable medical equipment (Supplies & Equipment) On-call weekend (Schedule fluctuates) What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and bright, welcoming personality. Dependable and organized with great attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Able to think outside the box and willing to take the extra initiative. Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred (healthcare related). Reliable transportation, Punctuality is a must!
