OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Integration Aid to support children with diverse needs in an educational setting.
The Integration Aid will play a crucial role in fostering an inclusive environment, assisting the children in their daily activities, and promoting their social and emotional development.
This position requires a proactive individual who is committed to enhancing the child’s daily daycare experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support the growth of all students.
  • Familiarity with educational practices and strategies for supporting diverse learners is a plus.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: From $35.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Responsibilities
  • Assist students with special needs in their daily classroom activities and routines.

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
