Belco Works, Inc. is searching for a full-time Job Coach to assist individuals to improve job skills and achieve career goals. This person will also assist individuals in discovering and overcoming barriers to employment. Strong communication and organizational skills are important.
We are currently looking for 1 full-time applicant, who must be dependable with reliable transportation. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. A high school diploma/GED, and valid driver’s license is required.
