We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Retail Keyholder/Sales Lead to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing day-to-day retail operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and train sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product displays and drive sales.
  • Maintain a clean, organized store environment that reflects the brand’s standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
