Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our residents and their families. Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Aide to join our team. The Kitchen Aide will assist in the preparation and serving of meals, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, and ensure a positive dining experience for our residents. Key Responsibilities - Assist with meal preparation under the direction of the Head Cook. - Serve meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner. - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment. - Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. - Assist with inventory and stock rotation. - Follow all health and safety regulations. - Support the dietary needs of residents, including special diets. - Collaborate with the care team to provide excellent service to residents. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. - Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
