JOB SUMMARY

SmallTown Sawston is looking for an experienced and skilled Full Time Barista. We are looking for quality focused person with great coffee and chat skills. Responsibilities include dialling in and preparing espresso based drinks, filter coffee, coffee service area maintenance and cleanliness, coffee origin knowledge and creating a welcoming and fun cafe environment. The ideal candidate has strong latte art skills, knowledge of brewing methods and is able to work in a fast paced but quality focused shop.
Previous experience in specialty coffee is a must!
Located in Sawston, South Cambridge we have the luxury of our amazing bakery being 30 seconds down the road, so whilst you’re serving great coffee, the bakers are hard at work supplying top pastries, sourdough & bakes to us and our surrounding wholesale partners.
Working Times - Monday - Friday 7 - 3:45 - Saturday 7:30 - 3:45 - Sunday 8:30 - 3:45
